Please Note: Cancellations are accepted with full refund as long as they are made 60 days in advance.
Please be aware that we rent the Bears Den Lodge out for weddings, gatherings and events year-round.
We cannot refund deposits due to ski lifts being closed, bad weather, road closures or any other incidents beyond our control.
